Any deviating conditions or confirmations of the Customer will be applicable only if, and to the extent that, we have given our express written consent. In particular, our silence to such deviating conditions of the Customer may not be construed as acknowledgement or consent. Such deviating conditions or confirmations of the Customer are hereby expressly objected to.
